A longtime Antioch resident, David Huntley wears many hats as he helps his clients get to know the area. Since becoming a real estate professional in 2013, he has been serving as an educator, advocate, protector, and even friend as he shows clients around and advises them on the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, zoning regulations, and economy. While he is equally adept at buying and selling, he gets a special thrill from serving first-time buyers. He’s as excited as they are to pursue their dreams.
David brings expertise in data analysis and customer service to every real estate transaction, along with his diverse experience. David is a former Navy corpsman; he has lived in Italy and Japan as well as the U.S. and has traveled to 17 countries around the world — he has seen it all. He has a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master’s in business administration, and he spent the earlier part of his career in sales management.
Most of all, David loves helping people and touring the beautiful homes of Northern California. His motto? “Have fun while being the best.” His upbeat attitude and broad life experience enable him to relate to everyone and streamline the negotiations that are a natural aspect of real estate.
In his spare time, David loves to read at least two books a month. He also volunteers with the National Black MBA Association, which focuses on expanding opportunities for Black students, entrepreneurs, and professionals.
