Sheila Barnes-Schroeder has lived in Concord, California, for her entire life, and her local expertise is unparalleled. From 1987 to 2017, Sheila worked at and eventually ran her family’s restaurant, Barney’s Hickory Pit, which fed Concord for 60 years. Now, Sheila is channeling her stellar customer service skills and unwavering desire to serve her community into the real estate market.
 
A self-starter, Sheila earned her real estate license to make a positive impact. The hallmarks of Sheila’s business are professionalism, integrity, and warmth. She loves working with people and is dedicated to helping anyone who is ready to take the next step in their lives. She puts in the hard work behind the scenes to help her clients’ dreams come true. For Sheila, real estate isn’t about making a sale; it’s about making a home.
 
In her spare time, Sheila is an active member of Concord’s community. She loves barbecuing for her family and spending time with her husband and adorable dogs. When she is not helping her clients create the life of their dreams, Sheila is creating art through music and painting.
